Third-Party Video Infrastructure:
Live streaming is powered by Cloudflare Stream or Livepeer Studio, depending on our current configuration. These providers receive, transcode, store, and deliver your video content. Your stream data is subject to their respective privacy policies:
By broadcasting a stream, you consent to your video content being transmitted to and processed by these third-party providers.
Chat Message Retention:
Chat messages sent during a live stream are stored in our database and are visible to all viewers during the stream. Chat history remains accessible while the stream recording is available. You may request deletion of your chat messages by contacting support@thunderlaunch.fun with your wallet address.
Video Recording Retention:
Streams are automatically recorded and stored as 30-minute clips. ThunderLaunch retains up to 10 past streams per token (approximately 5 hours of footage). Older recordings are automatically deleted from our video provider's storage. Creators may request early deletion of their stream recordings by contacting us.
Content Moderation:
We may review stream content and chat messages to enforce our Terms of Service, respond to DMCA takedown requests, and comply with applicable law. This review may be conducted by ThunderLaunch staff or automated systems.
